I have spent countless hours in a dental chair with all kinds of care and caregivers. I have to say that I went to this office with a lot of trepidation because I needed a lot of work done and I knew it would be time consuming and probably expensive. I had started the treatment plan in my daughter's office in Atlanta but COVID prevented my returning there. The minute I walked into this office I was treated with warmth and compassion plus professionalism. DR. Ross has worked with my daughter and kept her updated and listened to her input which is more than the general dentist I was see here ever did. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ross and his staff. If I have an issue and get in touch, I am seen that day and not rushed because they have worked me in. I would highly recommend this practice for the smallest to the biggest job. I am into my second year with him and have never questioned what he is doing or why. I have been very pleased with everything that has been done so far and even though COVID has made the procedures longer, I am happy I chose this practice. I admit that I have more problems than the average patient but the ability to handle them is very important to me and to my daughter. I have complete confidence in him and everybody I see there.

I'm not easily impressed with the "jaw breakers" I've met over the years but Dr. Ben is a definite "pro from Dover" (all Mash references)! Seems to have all the latest equipment and all the latest knowledge. My problem was extremely sticky and he cut right through it (not figuratively!).

I haven't been to a dentist in 20 years and my teeth are in pretty bad shape. I had a bad experience with the dentist I went to as a kid and was scared and embarrassed to go anywhere due to the condition of my teeth now. I ended up having a tooth knocked out which forced me into finally finding help. And I couldn't be more happy with Dr. Ross and the rest of his staff here. They are all extremely nice and genuinely want to help in any way that they can. They took the time to sit and talk with me for a while and answered all my questions and I felt a lot better about my situation after talking with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

EXCELLENT, best-possible knowledge, skill and care. Dr. Ben Ross is a jewel in advanced, prosthodontic dentistry. He is kind, friendly, highly skilled and educated. This was my second visit and I had complete confidence in him and his staff. They all made me feel very comfortable, listened well and had my care at the center of their practice. Having spent too many hours in dentists' chairs through the years because of bad teeth, I can confidently say that Dr. Ross is amazing. Did I mention gentle? I was also struck by how kind and supportive he was with his staff; that says so much about a business owner. And not only is he very skilled, he has also clearly invested in advanced technology, so essential for best diagnosis and treatment these days. Dr. Ross and Pantops Prosthodontics are the BEST!

This was an absolutely amazing experience! Dr. Ross is brilliant and caring. I had been shuffled around from person to person and was feeling disheartened. Dr. Ross immediately identified what needed to be addressed and done and in one visit, problem solved and I was on my way. The entire staff was kind and professional. I immediately felt I was in the best of hands. My first contact was with Lynn to initiate my appointment. She made me feel comfortable and answered my many questions. I immediately knew I was in good hands. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Ross and to make him part of my health care team!

Dr. Ross is an exceptional prosthodontist. He is working on fitting me with custom made abutments for implants. I have had both sides of my lower jaw reconstructed due to oral cancer. Dr. Ross is very meticulous and I feel completely at ease with him doing this work. Once the abutments are in, he will be making and fitting permanent teeth for me.

In October of 2019 my implants of 7 years rejected. I had since moved away from my original Prosthodontist and Dr. Ross came recommended to me to try. Over the last 2 years he has helped me through the process of dental care, surgery, and getting me two new dental implants. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience! Every team member I’ve interacted with has been so kind, caring, and genuine. Dr. Ross is incredibly skilled and cares deeply for the quality and care of his patients. I am so grateful to have found Pantops Prosthodontics. I have two gorgeous and quality implants that I know will last. I couldn’t be more satisfied! I took my mom to see Dr.Ross recently.
My mom’s denture was ill fitting and she was in constant pain. Dr. Ross spent 2 hours and fixed the problem.
Today when she was eating pickles I remembered that for quite long time all she ate was cooked potatoes!
I can’t thank Dr. Ross and her staff enough. It was a great experience and staff was also very helpful.
